According to САП: The prosecutor of SAP demands to recognize the assets of the head of the Transcarpathian customs post amounting to over 4.5 million hryvnias as unjustified. This amount includes a car, cash, an apartment, and other items registered in the name of the official and his relatives. The income of the official and his family does not explain such assets, therefore the prosecutor demands their confiscation for the state treasury.
Currently, one car and an apartment that are the subject of the dispute have been arrested by the High Anti-Corruption Court. Stay tuned for updates regarding this civil case.
