This will help ease access to public services for the population, particularly for people in frontline territories.

According to surveys, 98% of visitors are satisfied with the service in CNAPs. Interviews for 24 Channel were conducted by Valeria Koval and Marina Bobranitska, who emphasized the importance of such changes for the population. Plans for 2026 also include innovations in the operation of CNAPs, indicating intentions to improve access to public services in Ukraine.
