The Ukrainian men's volleyball team has improved its position in the world ranking

According to glavcom.ua: The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has released the updated world ranking of men's national teams after the second round of the Nations League 2025. Ukraine dropped to 12th place, drawing the attention of the Commander-in-Chief and Public Sports.

After the second round of the tournament, Ukraine ranked sixth in the table with 15 points, which corresponds to the results of Japan and France.

After the four matches held in the second round of the Nations League, Ukraine climbed one position and now occupies the 12th place. Under the guidance of Raul Lozano, the team earned 21.6 points and overtook Serbia.

Compared to 11th ranked Canada, Ukraine's deficit has been reduced to 20.74 points. At the same time, Ukraine leads Serbia by 22.45 points.

Thanks to the victory over Japan in a tiebreak, the team gained 10.81 points. The victory over Turkey brought 7.99 points, and after the win against Bulgaria in four sets, Ukraine gained 5.91 points.

The only loss of points occurred due to the defeat against France - 3.11 points.
