The couple is expecting a child thanks to the latest STAR technology

We remind you that after nearly 20 years of unsuccessful attempts to conceive and numerous procedures of in vitro fertilization, the American couple is finally expecting a child. They were helped by the latest STAR (Sperm Tracking and Recovery) technology, which uses artificial intelligence to detect hidden sperm. The woman became the first in the world to conceive thanks to this development.

The couple turned to the Center for Reproductive Medicine at Columbia University. It was there that they were offered to try the STAR method – a technology that, thanks to AI algorithms, allows for the finding and extraction of single sperm that are nearly impossible to see with the naked eye.
