Businessman Oleksandr Tsukerman rejected the accusations of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office regarding a scheme of embezzlement at 'Energoatom' for the 'Schemes' project. In his comment, he called all accusations 'lies', reports 'Hlavkom'.

Responding to a question about a possible return to Ukraine, Tsukerman said that when the time comes, he will gladly return since this is his Motherland. However, his whereabouts have not been confirmed in response to questions about his stay in Israel.

It is worth noting that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office are investigating corruption schemes related to the energy sector and have announced suspicion against several individuals, including Oleksandr Tsukerman. The High Anti-Corruption Court has remanded the executive director of security at 'Energoatom', Dmytro Basov, for 60 days with the possibility of bail set at 40 million hryvnias.
