New evacuation rules are being introduced in Poland in the event of a potential military conflict with Russia. Now local authorities must quickly determine evacuation zones, assess the number of people in need of assistance, and specify routes and assembly points. Protection of cultural values during evacuation is also provided. Authorities believe that these new rules will simplify and accelerate evacuation measures in emergencies, ensuring the safety of the population and its property. In the event of a threat, priority assistance will be provided to the population, and the evacuation process will be controlled by the government and armed forces.
