Sergeant's Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: who forms the backbone of the Ukrainian army

According to Зеленський: Today we celebrate the Sergeant's Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is the day when we express our gratitude to our sergeants – the people who are the backbone of the Ukrainian military. They provide assistance to the fighters, train them, support them, and by their example uphold the strength of our army. The professionalism and leadership of sergeants are always needed. A professional sergeant is always a support for soldiers and assistance for commanders.

Thank you to every sergeant for their service to the country, for standing as a leader. Thank you to the warriors, to all who faithfully perform their work every day so that Ukraine can defend itself.
