People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak addressed the State Border Service to find out how many men aged 18 to 22 have taken the opportunity to leave the country after the restrictions were lifted. However, the border guards reported that they do not keep such statistics. Zheleznyak reported this on his Telegram.

«I wanted to find out from the State Border Service how many men aged 18-22 have taken the right to leave the country since the restrictions were lifted. It turns out we don't even keep such statistics,» – Zheleznyak wrote.

We remind that the government clarified the rules for crossing the border for men aged 18 to 22, allowing them to leave the country during martial law. To do this, one must have a military registration document in paper or electronic form.

The State Border Service noted that there was no noticeable increase in the number of people leaving the country after the introduction of these new rules. The government also submitted a draft law to the Verkhovna Rada that provides for strict liability for violations of the legislation on leaving the country for young men.

Border services do not keep statistics on the number of men aged 18-22 who have taken the right to leave the country after the restrictions were lifted. However, the rules for departure for this age group were clarified, and responsibility for violations of the legislation in this area was increased.
