Ukraine launched the world's first state AI assistant: what 'Diia.AI' can do
The world's first state AI assistant has appeared on the 'Diia' portal, which will help users. This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, according to information from 'Glavkom'.
'Today we launched 'Diia.AI' on the 'Diia' portal. This is the world's first state AI agent, which not only answers questions but also provides services directly in the chat. Soon it will be available in the mobile app as well,' the minister said.
What can 'Diia.AI' do?
- Provide services. 'You can already get the first service in the chat - an income certificate. Just write: 'I need an income certificate' - and it will already be flying to your cabinet on the 'Diia' portal. Soon we will add five more services that 'Diia.AI' will be able to provide,' the official said.
- Tell about services in 'Diia'. 'How to open a sole proprietorship? What is the 'Baby Package'? Now you don’t need to Google or search for this information on the portal - just ask 'Diia.AI',' Fedorov emphasized.
- Select a service based on the situation. 'For example, if your house is damaged, it will instantly suggest 'eRecovery' and provide instructions on how to obtain compensation from the state,' the minister noted.
How to use 'Diia.AI'?
- On the 'Diia' portal, click on 'Diia.AI',
- Authenticate on the portal,
- Write your request in the chat - for example, 'I want to open a sole proprietorship',
- Then the AI agent will outline step by step what to do.
Currently, 'Diia.AI' is operating in an open beta testing format. The artificial intelligence model will be learning to respond to requests faster and more efficiently.
It is worth noting that the state enterprise 'Diia' has determined the winner of the tender for the purchase of equipment for the creation of the 'Sovereign Factory of Artificial Intelligence'.
The emergence of the world's first state AI assistant on the 'Diia' portal is an important step in implementing artificial intelligence in the public sector. The new system provides users with access to various state services and the ability to obtain certificates directly in the chat, simplifying interaction with the state and easing the process of obtaining necessary information.
