NATO's Director of Nuclear Policy Jim Stokes expressed his view on the success of the operation 'Web', which was conducted by Ukraine on June 1, in an interview with 'Radio Liberty'. He noted that the Kremlin was certainly not pleased with the results of this operation, emphasizing that the destruction of some Russian strategic bombers could not fail to impress the authorities.
