The updated mechanism allows carriers to book places in the online queue according to the number of border crossings specified in the route permit. The same bus can make several trips during the day, and the system now takes this into account.
Thanks to this:
-
bookings correspond to the actual number of crossings
-
the risk of delays at the border is reduced
-
trip scheduling becomes simpler.

The new functionality applies to routes up to 400 km, which, according to regular permits, foresee multiple border crossings per day. For user convenience, there will be a special marker next to such routes in the system.
The launch of the updated functionality is scheduled for January 21 at 9:00 AM. The agency emphasizes that the changes are aimed at improving the efficiency of international bus transportation and reducing the burden on checkpoints.
Let us remind you that the European Union supports the functioning and development of the eQueue system.
