According to glavcom.ua: The fake news about Kolomoisky on social media has been proven false, the businessman’s lawyers confirmed that the posts made in his name are fraudulent. At the same time, court hearings in Kolomoisky's case have been postponed until the end of December. The defense is outraged by the delays in the process and links this to the 'Mindyuch-gate' scandal.

Suspicion of attempts to evade the court and unlawful detention of the defendant arises in the context of a complicated situation related to the various 'gates', but the true motives and actions of the parties remain unclear.
