• Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate)
• Eliquis (apixaban)
• Forxiga (dapagliflozin)
• Jardiance (empagliflozin)

Notably, the list includes 19 brand names based on atorvastatin in various dosages. The out-of-pocket cost for patients depends on the drug’s price at their specific pharmacy.

Details on selected drugs in the program include:

• Eliquis (apixaban) 5 mg, 60 tablets: government compensation set at 578.09 UAH.
• Pradaxa (dabigatran etexilate) 150 mg, 60 tablets: reimbursement of 718.29 UAH.
• Forxiga (dapagliflozin) 10 mg, 30 tablets: 834.61 UAH covered.
• Jardiance (empagliflozin) 10 mg, 30 tablets: 848.53 UAH compensated by the state.
• Xarelto (rivaroxaban) has varying reimbursement rates by dosage:
• 15 mg, 14 tablets: 252.16 UAH
• 15 mg, 42 tablets: 755.34 UAH
• 20 mg, 28 tablets: 509.61 UAH
• 20 mg, 100 tablets: 1630.94 UAH

For the active ingredient rivaroxaban, the program also includes a generic alternative, Fenix, which is fully covered by the state. Forxiga and Jardiance are reimbursed under the 'Affordable Medicines' program for patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
