Agency estimates suggest that Russia's revenues from energy resources in July may amount to about 680 billion rubles ($8.66 billion) due to the drop in oil prices. This decline in revenue negatively affects the Russian budget, especially considering the increase in spending on the defense sector and internal security due to military operations against Ukraine.
