The Death of Captain Pogorilets: How the Assault in Luhansk Took Place

According to МВС: Today we commemorate the second anniversary of the death of border guard Vadym Pogorilets, who served in the 15th Mobile Border Guard Detachment. In November 2023, during the fighting in Luhansk, Vadym sustained multiple injuries, but he did not stop and led his group’s actions. Unfortunately, he died during the evacuation from his injuries.
We remind that he served and fulfilled his duties during the invasion in the Kherson and Luhansk directions. We honor the memory of all those who fell as a result of Russian aggression every day.
