According to МВС: In the small town of Okhtyrka, recovery work continues after the shelling by Russia. Local rescuers, utility services, and volunteers are working tirelessly to restore housing for people whose homes have been damaged. Particularly, many damages concern roofs and windows, so the high-altitude workers of the State Emergency Service are addressing these issues using special equipment for height work.
