Zelensky and Erdogan on the Return of Captives by the New Year: Agreement Details

According to Зеленський: During the meeting with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, issues of defense cooperation, joint production projects and coordination of measures to protect life were discussed. The importance of peace and security as a guarantee of stability was also emphasized, and cooperation with all partners was planned.

Special attention was devoted to Turkey's active participation in the Coalition of Willing, especially in the naval component, and ensuring security in the Black Sea. Ukraine expressed gratitude for the support and highly appreciated the collaboration in guaranteeing security and peace together with Turkey.

In conclusion, the meeting with the President of Turkey was constructive and productive, where important issues of cooperation in defense and diplomacy were discussed, and further work on ensuring peace, security, and the return of Ukrainian citizens home was planned.
