According to hvylya.net: Ukraine is preparing to launch the 'Electronic TCC' – a system that will simplify the process of automatic extension of military mobilization deferrals. This initiative entails more convenient and faster online application procedures for conscripted individuals. In particular, over 600 thousand citizens will have the opportunity to extend their deferral without the need to visit the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC).

More than 600 thousand Ukrainians will receive extensions of their deferrals without visiting the TCC, and 80% of all deferrals can be processed through the Reserve+ app.

According to the government decision, starting from November 1, 2025, conscripted individuals will have the option to apply for deferrals in a digital format. The system will provide automatic extensions for over 600 thousand people, online processing through the Reserve+ app in 80% of cases, and a limited list of circumstances where a personal visit to the Center for Administrative Services (CNA) is required.

Electronic Military Document and e-TCC

There is significant interest in the implementation of an electronic military account document with a QR code, which will replace traditional paper certificates. This document will serve as the basis for confirming the right to a deferral from conscription.

Overall, the innovations are part of the 'e-TCC' electronic system, which aims to simplify processes in Territorial Recruitment Centers and enhance their efficiency. It will also help make the system more transparent and avoid unnecessary queues and bureaucratic obstacles for conscripted individuals.

The presented news about the implementation of the 'Electronic TCC' in Ukraine will interest citizens who have military service, as it will allow for simplifying and speeding up the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization through online services. Another important innovation is the electronic military document, which will make this process more modern and convenient for citizens. The new electronic system will simplify many procedures, ensuring greater accessibility and transparency in the relations between the state and conscripted individuals.
