The eOselya Program: 71 New Mortgage in a Week, Who Received Loans
Weekly Statistics of the eOselya Program
During the past week, the eOselya program issued 71 new mortgages for a total of 156.5 million hryvnias. Of these, loans were taken at a favorable interest rate of 3%:
- military personnel and security sector employees — 24
- medical workers — 4
- teachers — 3
- scientists — 2
There were also loans issued at a 7% interest rate:
- citizens without their own housing — 30
- internally displaced persons — 6
- veterans — 2
Since the beginning of 2025, a total of 6,435 Ukrainians have benefited from the program, receiving preferential mortgages totaling 12.07 billion hryvnias. The majority of loans were granted in Kyiv region and Kyiv city – 17 each, and in Ivano-Frankivsk region – 9.
The eOselya program is an important component of the "Made in Ukraine" policy.
The Ukrainian preferential mortgage program eOselya continues to support various categories of the population, helping them access affordable housing. According to the latest week’s results, a significant number of Ukrainians took the opportunity to get a mortgage under favorable conditions, indicating the popularity of this program in the country.
