According to ХВИЛЯ: Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen has announced that Finland is monitoring the execution of weapons supply contracts for Ukraine through the PURL system. In an interview with Euronews, Häkkänen stressed that

"all weaponry purchased by European nations must reach the Ukrainian army-and go nowhere else."

The minister noted that each transaction undergoes an assessment of how funds are spent, adding that if problems arise, 'approaches will have to be reviewed.'

Meanwhile, The Washington Post reported that the Pentagon is considering redirecting some military equipment intended for Ukraine to the Iranian theater of operations, including air defense systems. Weapons supplies are managed via the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL), a system responsible for delivering approximately 75% of all missiles for Ukrainian Patriot batteries and 90% of ammunition for other air defense systems. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has confirmed that deliveries are continuing.

"a war with Iran is not NATO's business."
