FC Kharkiv Announces New Signings

According to Главком: FC Kharkiv has officially brought in two new players: forward Carlos Paraco and midfielder Oleksandr Yatsyk. These moves are aimed at strengthening the team ahead of the upcoming season.

Details on the New Arrivals

Carlos Paraco, a 22-year-old Venezuelan, has signed a three-year contract with an option for an additional season. He will wear the number 10 jersey. The transfer fee is estimated between €1 million and €1.5 million. Paraco previously played for Kryvbas starting in July 2025, where he made 30 appearances last season, scoring 8 goals and providing 3 assists. Transfermarkt values him at €1.5 million.
Oleksandr Yatsyk, who inked a four-year deal, also joins FC Kharkiv from Dynamo Kyiv. His transfer cost approximately €2.5 million, and he will wear the number 8 shirt. Yatsyk previously played on loan for Zorya Luhansk, spending two seasons with that club. During the 2025/26 campaign, he played 27 matches for Dynamo, netting three goals. Yatsyk came through the Dynamo system after starting at Kyiv's Obolon academy.

It is worth noting that Kharkiv's Metalist 1925 recently underwent a rebranding, adopting a new name, colors, and logo. The club is now officially called Kharkiv.
