Odesa Portside Plant Put Up for Privatization: Starting Price UAH 4.5 Billion

According to glavcom.ua: The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced the start of large-scale privatization of the Odesa Portside Plant. An electronic auction is scheduled for November 25, 2025, and the starting price of the lot is UAH 4.5 billion.

The plant is a unique enterprise engaged in the production of fertilizers and is located on the shore of the Small Adzhalytsky Liman near Odesa. After the onset of the invasion, the plant operated partially, but now it is being fully privatized.

The owner of the Parus business center, Mykola Krippa, recently became the owner of a stake in the International Exhibition Center, and the authorities managed to expose a scheme of illegal alienation of state property worth over a million hryvnias.
