Rocket strike on Ternopil: the consequences of the tragedy and the work of rescuers

According to ДСНС: This week a tragedy occurred in Ternopil that shocked the entire country. A Russian rocket led to the deaths of 33 people, including six children. Nearly a hundred people were injured, and several dozen families lost their loved ones.

Rescuers risked their lives, working to the brink of exhaustion to find even a glimmer of hope for those saved. Each body found brought new pain that would stay with them for a long time.

At the scene of the tragedy, rescuers worked to the extreme. Placing stone by stone amid smoke and ruins, they searched for any last hope for a miracle - a chance to find even one survivor. Indeed, each discovered body brought even greater tragedy that they had to endure.

We are faced with a horrific event that has left us in pain. We honor the memory of every victim of this tragedy, especially the children whose futures were stolen, and the embraces of their loved ones will never again become a reality for them.

Today Ternopil mourns its lost, while Ukraine honors the memory of those who remain in our hearts forever.
