PAO 'Ukrnafta' plans to complete the construction of energy facilities by 2026
According to hvylya.net: The company 'Ukrnafta' from the 'Naftogaz' group plans to complete the construction of a powerful energy infrastructure by 2026. The plans include the creation of 420 MW of gas generation and an innovative combined heat and power production system.
Speaking at a conference in Rome, the interim director of the company, Yuriy Tkachuk, noted that the implementation of this project is an important step towards ensuring the energy stability of Ukraine. 'Our plans include 420 MW of generating capacity. These are six major projects that combine gas reciprocating and gas turbine technologies,' he noted.
The placement of new facilities in the central, eastern and western parts of Ukraine will ensure the even distribution of energy generation across the country. It is also worth noting that these projects are aimed at preserving the environment - electricity will be produced from associated gas that is extracted during oil production.
All new capacities are renewable and will be located in various parts of Ukraine
