According to Зеленський: Today I spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Mark expressed condolences regarding the horrific attack by Russia on Ternopil, where 31 people were killed, including six children. Search and rescue operations at the site of this tragedy are still ongoing.
Ukrainians feel the greatest need for the end of this war, the cessation of killings, and the achievement of a just peace.
