According to glavcom.ua: In Khmelnytskyi region, as a result of the enemy attack, power networks were damaged, leading to a lack of electricity for some consumers. This was reported by Khmelnytskoblenergo. Restoration works are ongoing, during which the network is being inspected after the end of the 'Air Alarm' signal.

On December 23, there was an attack by Russian terrorists in Khmelnytskyi region, resulting in the death of one person and electricity supply disruptions. In addition, attacks on other regions of Ukraine, such as Sumy, Rivne, Zhytomyr, and southern Odesa, were recorded, causing damage to houses and infrastructure in various sectors.

Russian attacks also led to emergency power outages in Chernihiv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, and Cherkasy regions, as well as in the capital of Ukraine. As a result, hourly power outages and power restrictions for certain industrial consumers were introduced.

As a result of enemy attacks, problems with electricity supply arose in several regions of Ukraine, causing damage to networks and infringing upon consumers' rights to electricity.
