'When we were getting divorced, I told Volodymyr that I wasn't going to go for an interview and discuss the reasons for the divorce and so on. I think you have already had enough bad things. But I didn't say that if I'm not insulted, bullied, or offended, I won't go and defend myself. There was betrayal,' – Kristina Horniak.

She also recounted how she learned about the betrayal: 'In some of our conversations, as he always wanted evidence of love, jealousy from me, he said that when we argued, he once went to live in a hotel, and then a friend supported him. I said: 'What do you mean?'. 'Well, we talked a lot, I complained to her about you, how much I love you'. I said: 'Which one? Show me'. He gave me his Instagram.'

Horniak also confessed that she saw romantic messages between Ostapchuk and his colleague: 'I saw romantic messages, sending each other various kinds of messages. And that’s how I realized - phone sex, as they say. But when he was drunk and admitted it, I understood that it wasn't the only thing that happened.'

Volodymyr Ostapchuk initially denied the accusations but later admitted that the situation was more complicated than it seemed.

'He denied as much as he could, but then confessed that not everything is as you think. He later said while drunk, 'Well, that was a year ago'. And then it became a revelation for me,' – Kristina Horniak.
