According to Главком: Ihor Kondratiuk has selected a new host for the program 'Karoke on the Maidan.' The chosen personality is rapper Khas, whose real name is Haidar Aliyevich Hassan. Filming for the new episodes is taking place at Kontraktova Square, as production on Khreshchatyk is not feasible due to a nearby memorial dedicated to fallen Ukrainian soldiers. The show 'Karoke on the Maidan' has returned to the airwaves.

Kondratiuk, who previously served as both host and rights holder of the program, evaluated several candidates for the hosting role. He mentioned that he has known Khas personally, having first met him while collaborating on a project.

“We looked at a few other well-known hosts, but we felt that Khas is a better fit for hosting 'Karoke on the Maidan.' I have long been aware of his strengths as a person, a showman, and a singer. So I made this choice deliberately,” Kondratiuk commented.

The Show's Return and Adaptation

Rapper Khas previously appeared on a program on Channel 5, where he performed rap accompanied by Yevgen Khmara on the piano. That brief segment left a positive impression on Kondratiuk. New episodes of 'Karoke on the Maidan' are now airing, signaling a resurgence in the show's popularity.
