Iceland – Ukraine: Venue for World Cup Qualification Match Determined
According to glavcom.ua: The Ukrainian national team is preparing for its second away match in the World Cup qualifying campaign, where it will face the Icelandic team on October 10. The game will take place at the 'Leikvangur' stadium in Reykjavik at 21:45 Kyiv time.
This will be the second qualifying match for our team after the away clash with Azerbaijan in Baku.
Our team will fight for the right to represent Ukraine at the World Cup in Group D, which also includes Azerbaijan, Iceland, and France.
In other football news, 'Chelsea' achieved a dominant 3:0 victory over 'PSG' in the final of the Club World Cup 2025. Two goals were scored by Cole Palmer, while the third was netted by Joao Pedro in the first half.

The first match will be played away, and the second will be on home ground.
