Unfortunately, as a result of this tragedy, 16-year-old golfer Emanuele Galepini lost his life.

This was her 58th start in this discipline, and it became significant for her career. Thanks to this victory, Rast climbed to second place in the season standings of the giant slalom. Julia Shaib leads this ranking, having finished second in the stage and securing three victories this year. Shaib tops the overall standings of the discipline with a 119-point lead over her closest competitors. Paula Moltzan finished third in the stage, and Sara Hector came in fourth.
