FOP in the Market: Taxes and the Army
Вплив податків на соціальні виплати та армію: погляд на роботу ФОПів у ринкових умовах.

According to Мінфін: In the village of Babyntsi, the campaign 'Taxes Protect' has started, which tells the story of Petro and Sofia - agricultural entrepreneurs who grow and sell their products. The campaign emphasizes the importance of paying taxes, which allows them to legalize their activities.

Legalization of Activity

Petro and Sofia decided to rent several greenhouses and start growing greens, vegetables, and berries on an area of 0.5 hectares. Their annual income reaches 600 thousand hryvnias. To officially work and sell their products, the couple registered as FOP of the 2nd group.

Tax Payments

Petro and Sofia regularly submit their tax declaration through the Electronic Cabinet of the Taxpayer. They do not forget about the monthly payment of the military levy, single tax, and unified social contribution. It is worth noting that if the payment for the products comes to a personal card or in cash, then taxes on income do not need to be paid.

It is important to remember that avoiding tax payments can have negative consequences: issues with the military tax, child nutrition, and social insurance.

Taxes are a necessary element of the functioning of the state and ensuring various social programs. These funds help support infrastructure and the well-being of society. Therefore, it is important to be responsible citizens and pay taxes on time!
