According to Прокуратура Київ: In July 2025, the communal enterprise 'Traffic Management Center' made a purchase of a cutting roll plotter and a tablet-type plotter for a total of nearly UAH 3.7 million. The equipment was purchased from an individual entrepreneur. However, according to the examination results, the price of this equipment turned out to be inflated, which led to an overpayment of almost UAH 1.9 million.

As a result of this situation, the city's budget was harmed in the same amount. One of the heads of the 'Traffic Management Center' signed a contract for this purchase, and he has now been informed of suspicion of embezzlement of the enterprise's funds during the purchase of printing and graphic equipment. The procedural oversight in this case is carried out by the Podil District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv.
