According to Главком: Kyiv has implemented traffic restrictions starting April 20th due to repair work on two major avenues and the M-06 highway. These disruptions are part of ongoing efforts to modernize the city's road network. On Air Force Avenue, traffic will be limited between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM near building No. 9, with work being carried out by the Solomianskyi District Municipal Energy Company.

Additionally, from April 20th to 22nd, partial restrictions will be in effect on Red Kalyna Avenue in Troieshchyna. Work here will occur daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Desnianskyi District Municipal Energy Company will conduct repairs on the section between Roman Shukhevych Avenue and Ronald Reagan Street, with traffic confined to a single lane.

Repair Work on the M-06 Highway

Repair work has also commenced on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway, specifically within the village of Kalynivka in the Bucha district. The work zone spans from kilometer marker 51+700 to 52+700. Lane closures will affect both directions of travel-toward Kyiv and toward Zhytomyr. The project on the M-06 is scheduled for completion by early August 2026, with the repair phase itself lasting nearly four months.

Kyivavtodor has apologized for the temporary inconvenience and advises drivers to account for these restrictions when planning their routes. The schedule for the work may be adjusted in case of adverse weather conditions.
