To ensure heating in hospitals and social protection facilities, 69 mobile boiler houses have been prepared. The capital has also deployed more than 1200 heating points ready to accept people in need of assistance during the cold weather. In addition, 154 public fountains can be connected to generators, ensuring access to drinking water even during power outages.
