Tariff offers of mobile operators in Ukraine

According to ХВИЛЯ: Mobile operators in Ukraine have revised their tariff offers, specifically, only the company 'Kyivstar' has a specialized tariff for people aged 60 and over. The 'ALL TOGETHER Comfort' tariff is offered for 220 hryvnias per month and includes:

• unlimited calls within the network;
• 100 minutes to other numbers;
• 10 GB of mobile internet;
• 100 SMS;
• home internet with a speed of up to 100 Mbps.

The cost of this tariff is fixed until the end of 2026.

Other operators do not offer separate tariffs for people over 60 years old. Thus, the company lifecell does not have a special 'social' offer, but provides the 'Lifeset M' tariff for 175 hryvnias per month. This tariff includes 1300 minutes for all calls within Ukraine and 25 GB of traffic.

Vodafone, on the other hand, offers the 'Flexx GO' tariff for 270 hryvnias per month. This tariff contains 25 GB of internet and 500 minutes for calls within Ukraine. For new subscribers or those porting their number, the price for 'Flexx GO' can be reduced to 200 hryvnias during the first year.

Conclusion

Thus, 'Kyivstar' remains the only operator with a specialized tariff for older people, while other operators only provide general tariff offerings.

This development in the tariff policy of mobile operators in Ukraine may indicate a growing attention to the needs of the older population, which often faces difficulties in using modern technologies. Specialized tariffs can contribute to improving communication and access to information for this age group, which is an important aspect of social responsibility for companies.
