According to hvylya.net: The head of the occupying administration of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, decided to appropriate Chinese business for the construction of transport facilities in occupied Crimea. According to the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service, at the last meeting, Aksyonov noted that there are already preliminary agreements on several facilities, including the Kerch Sea Port and the infrastructure of Lake Donuzlav.

'In order to sign the final agreement, the occupying authorities of Crimea plan to invite potential Chinese builders to visit Crimea. Among them is the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), which is one of the largest companies for the construction of railways and transport highways,' the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service reported.

It is anticipated that the total investment amount will be 10 billion US dollars.

Ukrainian intelligence reported on the decision of the head of the occupying administration of Crimea to appropriate Chinese business for the construction of transport infrastructure in the annexed territory. Agreements have already been reached on some facilities, and there is discussion about involving the China State Construction Engineering Corporation in the implementation of projects in Crimea.
