According to glavcom.ua: The Club World Cup is approaching the quarter-final stage: three out of four pairs of teams that will continue the fight for the title are already known. This was reported by 'Glavkom'.

Yesterday's 1/8 final matches brought unexpected results - two European giants ended their fight.

Inter lost to Fluminense 0:2, and Manchester City dramatically lost to Al-Hilal in extra time - 3:4.

Brazilian and Saudi clubs will now meet in the quarter-finals, which will take place on July 4.

Earlier, two more pairs for the 1/4 finals became known:

Palmeiras will face Chelsea. The Brazilians narrowly defeated Botafogo (1:0), while the Londoners confidently dealt with Benfica of Anatoly Trubin - 4:1.

In another match, two European top teams will meet - PSG and Bayern Munich. The Parisians left no chance for Inter Miami (4:0), while the Munich side defeated Flamengo 4:2.

The last quarter-final pair will be determined on the night of July 2 - in matches between Real against Juventus and Borussia Dortmund against Monterrey.

As reported, in the second qualifying round of the Champions League, Dynamo will play against the winner of the pair Zalgiris (Lithuania) - Hamrun Spartans (Malta).

Matches of this stage will be played on July 22/23 and July 29/30, respectively, and for Dynamo, they will be the first official matches of the new season.

Dynamo's first game will be held at the opponent's field. The second match will be formally home for the Kyiv club.
