North Korea has delivered more than 12 million artillery shells to Russia, - South Korean intelligence

Leading intelligence expectations are based on the arrival of additional military contingents in Russia during July or August. This may include 5,000 military builders and 1,000 sapper engineers to support reconstruction efforts in the Kursk region.
