Among the participants were representatives from 35 countries, including President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, President of France Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister of the UK Keir Starmer, Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz, and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
