In 2025, the Ukrainian labor market showed a stable demand for working professions once again. According to the State Employment Service, the most requested positions were for salespeople, drivers, and labor workers. Throughout the year, more than 231 thousand job vacancies appeared in the service's database, with salaries up to 230 thousand hryvnias.

The highest number of vacancies was offered in the trading sector. Positions were especially open for sellers of food and non-food products - nearly 18 thousand advertisements were posted. A significant portion of the vacancies involved physical labor: over 10 thousand advertisements for labor workers and more than 9 thousand for drivers of various types of transport, from cars to buses.

According to the State Employment Service, the Ukrainian labor market continues to actively seek workers in various fields, including trade and physical labor. The presence of a large number of vacancies indicates a positive trend in employment in the country.
