According to Главком: The former head of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, Roman Dudyn, has been taken into custody until February 22, 2026. This decision was made by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, which chose a preventive measure for Dudyn.

The arrest occurred during Dudyn's attempt to be released from custody on bail. His actions were classified under parts 2 of Article 15, part 1 of Article 109, and Article 341 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Dudyn is suspected of being involved in the organization of the illegal seizure of the building of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration and the attempt to remove its leadership, which took place on February 24, 2022. Oleg Synegubov noted that Dudyn tried to seize power in the region on that day.
