According to НАБУ: The former CEO of the state enterprise has been chosen a preventive measure in the case of embezzling over 102 million hryvnias during the procurement of dynamic protection for armored vehicles. It has been established that this procurement was carried out through fictitious companies, which raised suspicions among law enforcement agencies.

The preventive measure involves detention with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 30 million 280 thousand hryvnias. The validity period of the preventive measure has been set until February 15, 2026. This case is part of the overall fight against corruption in procurement for the defense sector, which has become a pressing issue in Ukraine in recent years.
