Kolomoisky challenges the London court's decision in the Privatbank case

Igor Kolomoisky's lawyers decided not to stay aside and filed their complaint to the appellate court against the decision of the High Court of London in the case brought by JSC CB 'Privatbank' for the recovery of damages. Kolomoisky's representative explained that the decision cannot yet be considered final and may be overturned in the appellate process. Thus, all actions to enforce the decision of the first instance may be reversed.

It is also important to note that even if the first instance court refused to grant permission for an appeal, this does not limit the party's right to file an appeal directly.
