Frontline situation as of July 10. Summary of the General Staff

According to glavcom.ua: As of July 10 at 22:00, there were 174 combat clashes. The defense forces are focusing their efforts on disrupting the Russian invaders' offensive plans and exhausting their combat potential. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy launched three missile and 65 air strikes, used 18 missiles and dropped 80 guided bombs, conducted 1171 kamikaze drone strikes and 3967 shellings of our troops' positions.

Latest news from the front

The enemy carried out the most offensive actions in the Pokrovsk direction. In the Northern Slobodsky and Kursk directions, there were 21 combat clashes with Russian invaders, with fighting ongoing. The enemy launched 12 air strikes, dropping 20 guided bombs, and performed 254 shellings, including five from reactive multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobodsk direction

Our troops repelled three enemy attacks in the areas of Starytsia, Vovchansk, and Zelene, with another combat clash ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction

The enemy conducted three attacks on our troops' positions. Fighting occurred in the areas of the settlements Zakhidne and Stepova Novoselivka.

In the Lyman direction

Russian troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 26 times in the areas of the settlements Novoyehorivka, Novy Mir, Karpivka, Redkodub, Zelenaya Dolina, Kolodyazi, Torskoye, and towards Serebryanka and Hryhorivka, with combat still ongoing in five locations.

In the combat zone in eastern Ukraine, fierce fighting with Russian invaders continues. The defense forces are repelling attacks in various directions, using all available means to protect the territory of the country. Clashes are ongoing intensely, and defenders are ready to repel any attempts by the enemy to advance further into the territory. The next hours could be decisive in this contest for Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity.
