Frontline situation as of July 11. Summary of the General Staff
According to glavcom.ua: On July 11 at 22:00 there were 145 combat clashes. The defense forces are directing efforts to disrupt the plans of the Russian invaders for an offensive and to exhaust their combat potential. This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy conducted 57 air strikes, dropped 82 guided bombs, carried out 1178 kamikaze drone attacks and 3972 shellings of our troops' positions.
Latest news from the front
The enemy conducted the most offensive actions in the Pokrovsk direction. In the northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, there were 15 clashes with Russian invaders, and currently, three clashes are ongoing. The enemy launched eight air strikes, dropping 15 guided bombs, and carried out 317 shellings, including three from multiple rocket launchers.
In the southern Slobozhansky direction
Our troops repelled two enemy attacks in the vicinity of Zelenyi and in the direction of Petro-Ivanivka, one clash is ongoing. As a result of enemy air strikes, the areas of the settlements of Velikiy Burluk, Perovske, Odradne, and Vilkhivatka were affected.
In the Kupiansk direction
The enemy conducted five attacks on our troops' positions. Fighting took place in the areas of the settlements of Holubivka, Zahryzove, and in the direction of Pyschane.
In the Lyman direction
The Russian forces stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 32 times in the areas of the settlements of Novoiehorivka, Hrekivka, Novyi Mir, Karpivka, Sredneie, Hlushenkove, Kolodiavy, and in the directions of Shandryhilivka, Torske, and Serebrianka, and fighting is still ongoing in nine locations.
Events in eastern Ukraine continue, and our troops continue to carry out defensive actions in various directions. The most offensive actions were observed in the Pokrovsk direction. Ukrainian forces repelled enemy attacks and continue to suppress aggression.
