Frontline situation as of July 21. General Staff summary
According to glavcom.ua: As of 22:00 on July 21, there were 139 combat clashes. The Armed Forces of Ukraine actively resist the Russian invaders and attempt to disrupt their offensive plans and deplete their military potential - reported the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy carried out one massive rocket strike, in which twenty-four rockets and forty-five airstrikes were used, sixty-one guided aerial bombs, 1251 kamikaze drones, and 3145 shellings of populated areas and troop positions.

The enemy has carried out the most significant offensive actions in the Pokrovsk direction.
In the South Slobozhansk direction
The Ukrainian troops repelled four enemy attacks in the areas of Vovchansk, Kamyanka, Stroeveka, and Kutilkivka. One clash continues at the moment.
In the Kupyansky direction
Our forces repelled six enemy attacks in the areas of Holubivka, Kupiansk, Pyschane, Zahrizove, and Zeleny Hay.
In the Lyman direction
The Ukrainian defenders stopped enemy assault actions near the settlements of Novy Myr, Karpivka, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka, Torske, and in the direction of Serebryanka, Sredneye, Shandryholove, Hryhorivka. Three clashes are still ongoing at the moment.
The conclusion: In the challenging situation in Eastern Ukraine, the enemy delivered a massive rocket strike, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively resisting and repelling attacks in various directions, particularly in the Pokrovsk, South Slobozhansk, Kupyansky, and Lyman directions.
