Night Attack on Cherkasy: Drones Damaged Buildings and Left the City Without Electricity
According to glavcom.ua: On the night of December 18, Russian troops launched a drone attack on Cherkasy. Six people were injured as a result of these attacks, as reported by the head of the Cherkasy OVA, Ihor Taburets.
It is noted that the attackers targeted the city's critical infrastructure, leading to power outages in some areas. Restoration work is currently underway.
Residential Buildings Damaged
As a result of the drones falling, residential infrastructure was damaged in several places. Preliminary data shows that approximately a dozen private houses were damaged. Inspections are being carried out. Broken windows, damaged roofs, fires, as well as damaged cars and a sports complex have been reported.
Unfortunately, Russian terrorists caused damage to Cherkasy's civilian infrastructure in the middle of the night, using drones.
Drone Attacks Also Recorded in Odesa Region
Also, on the night of December 18, Russian occupiers conducted a drone attack on Odesa. This shelling resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure, including broken windows in homes and an educational institution.
In Zaporizhzhia, the number of injured from the airstrike has risen to 32 people, including five children.
All these attacks have become part of the aggressive activities of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine. The situation remains tense, and authorities have mobilized all necessary resources to protect the civilian population.
