The head of state clarified that at the moment 'almost 90 people were injured'. He also emphasized that this time the main target for Russia was 'Kyiv and the region'. In Vyshneve, the situation is complicated by the fact that the local community lacks its own forces to clear the debris. 'Once again, Putin has 'defeated' ordinary residential buildings,' Zelensky added.

Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, in agreement with the president, initiated the allocation of funds from the reserve fund to support the affected Vyshneve community. 'The Cabinet of Ministers will ensure funding from the reserve fund to assist the Vyshneve community: the consequences are such that the community's own resources are insufficient,' the president stated. Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, for his part, regularly reports on the progress of rescue operations and debris clearance.

This attack became one of the most powerful in recent times, indicating an escalation of the conflict and increased activity of Russian troops. The Ukrainian leadership is responding promptly to threats, providing assistance to the affected settlements and coordinating the work of rescuers.
