According to glavcom.ua: Chef and 'MasterChef' judge Hector Jimenez-Bravo explained the reason for the quarrel with colleague Mykola Tyshchenko. According to him, the conflict arose due to the situation with the restaurant 'Velur' during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, it is known that the restaurant 'Velur' changed its name to Emerald in July 2023 and was rebranded internally, and in February 2025, the premises were put up for sale for 1.5 million dollars.
