Мілованов поділився трьома основними причинами, чому новий очільник уряду заслуговує на нашу повагу.

President of the Kyiv School of Economics Tymofiy Milovanov on the new Prime Minister

President of the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) Tymofiy Milovanov spoke about his acquaintance with the new Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliya Svyrydenko and expressed his respect for her. According to Milovanov, in 2019 she proved herself as an effective leader in implementing labor market reform while working in the government and the ministry.

In 2019, when she was the Minister of Economy, she became a deputy. No one 'introduced' her. We (the government and the ministry) urgently needed a person who could implement the labor market reform. To make changes to the labor code and shift the trade union monopoly. We reviewed dozens of candidates, and no one was suitable. Then Taras Vysotsky (currently Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy, and then my deputy in agriculture - basically a minister for agriculture) recommended Svyrydenko, whom he knew from Chernihiv. He said that she could bring tasks to completion. Yuliya became one of the most effective leaders in the ministry. She went through the entire vertical herself: Deputy Minister -> Deputy Head of the President's Office -> Minister of Economy -> First Deputy Prime Minister -> Prime Minister

Milovanov highlighted three qualities for which he respects Yuliya Svyrydenko:

  • She is not corrupt.
  • She brings matters to completion.
  • She made the mineral deal with the USA honest and beneficial for both sides.

In 2019 Yuliya Svyrydenko became the 19th Prime Minister of Ukraine, becoming the second woman in this position. The government also approved new ministers and made changes to government agencies.

During the news report, Tymofiy Milovanov talked about his experience working with Yuliya Svyrydenko and emphasized her effectiveness and honesty in carrying out the assigned tasks. This demonstrates the professionalism of the new Prime Minister and her ability to implement important reforms for the country.
